COVID-19 UPDATE: We are open as usual, however due to high volumes, deliveries may take longer than normal - MORE DETAILS

Our delivery charges stand at a standard £60.00 inc VAT for delivery within Mainland UK.  For delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands or any other offshore Island of the United Kingdom, these charges are likely to change and we advise that you check with our sales staff, the cost of delivery for any of these locations.

Our couriers deliver anywhere within mainland UK within 3-5 working days from the purchase date.   An email will be sent by the courier service advising you of when your product will arrive. While we maintain a very close relationship with our couriers and will attempt to rectify any delivery problems as soon as possible, their operations are not in our control.

We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery. However, we are not responsible for any delays. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date we shall inform you by email or telephone as soon as possible.

Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by the delivery carrier or ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for. Our insurance covers delivery of your order to your door. If you would like our delivery driver to bring packages onto your premises this is accepted by you at your own risk in relation to any claims arising as a result.

As soon as your order has been delivered, or confirmed as having been delivered by us, then you will be responsible for them.

You will be asked to sign the delivery note to confirm that the products have been received in good condition. You should check the packaging thoroughly to ensure there are no obvious signs of damage before signing the delivery note. If there is any sign of damage, you should write ‘package damaged in transit’ or  just ‘damaged’ on the delivery note, which will mean that you can accept the delivery and claim later for any damages which you subsequently find relating to that damage.

DO NOT sign the delivery note as ‘UNCHECKED’ or ‘REFUSED’ in any circumstances. You must check to see if there is any damage to the outer packaging before signing the delivery note. If you see any damage to the packaging, please make a note of this on the delivery note. If you do not, or if you write ‘unchecked’ ore ‘refused’, the product will be deemed to be delivered in good condition. If damage is later discovered, we may not be able to accept return of the product.

Unfortunately, you are not able to rely on any instructions given by the delivery driver regarding whether to sign the delivery note or not. The drivers are not employed by us and you must follow our rules for accepting delivery set out in these Terms.

Our company policy requires all orders to be signed for by the consignee. If for any reason you are not available at the time of delivery and require the courier driver to leave the goods with a neighbour or in a safe place outside without a signature, you will do so at your own risk.  We will NOT be liable if the goods are found to be damaged thereafter and a replacement will NOT be issued in these circumstances. The customer has to notify the courier that the items are to be left in a safe place, not the company.

If a product is purchased before 10.30am on a business day (Mon-Fri), it will usually be dispatched the same afternoon.  However, if an item is purchased after this cut off time it will be dispatched in the afternoon of the following business day.  If for any reason you change your mind on the goods before dispatch, you must notify Nationwide Doors Direct by 12pm on the day of dispatch to cancel.  If you do not, you may incur the return delivery charges once the product has been dispatched.

It is your responsibility to check your house address is complete and accurate when making the order.
